Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed or confirmed by QB Consulting, nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of service acceptance, or a promise that any specific matter will be handled, escalated, filed, approved, granted, recovered, renewed, or resolved.

The Site and its contents are provided for general informational purposes only. If there is any conflict between this Legal Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy on a data-protection issue, the Privacy Policy shall prevail for that issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QB Consulting and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, representatives, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or pure economic loss, or for any loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, revenue, profit, or expected savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Site or any third-party service linked from the Site. Where a separate written service agreement exists, liability arising from the paid service relationship shall be governed by that separate agreement and not by this website disclaimer alone.

Nothing in this Legal Disclaimer shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, unlawful intentional harm, death or personal injury where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and mandatory data-protection rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalPathways OÜ / QB Consulting and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in connection with your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of this Legal Disclaimer, your infringement of third-party rights, or your submission of false, unlawful, or unauthorised information or materials.

This Legal Disclaimer, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by the laws of Estonia and the directly applicable law of the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by written notice. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules on jurisdiction, the courts of Estonia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with this Legal Disclaimer. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent court, supervisory authority, or consumer dispute body where such right is granted by applicable law.

If any provision of this Legal Disclaimer is held to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible or, if necessary, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

QB Consulting may revise this Legal Disclaimer at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the latest revision date. Continued use of the Site after an update has been published constitutes acknowledgment of the revised version to the extent permitted by law.
